In March, Iraqis voted in parliamentary elections. The coalition of Iyad Allawi, the former prime minister, narrowly won the election but the country is still without a new government. The power vacuum is threatening Iraq's fragile security situation - this week Baghdad was rocked by a series of suicide attacks which left scores dead. So what is happening behind the scenes as Iraq's politicians scramble to find sufficient allies to form a government? Sir David is joined from Baghdad by Iyad Allawi to discuss.
