Afghanistan offensive intensifies

Three days into the military offensive in Marjah, US Marines and their Afghan allies have come under repeated counter-attacks.
The attacks come a day after two US missile strikes killed 12 civilians in Marjah.
Officials say they are taking every pre-caution to minimise the number of civilian casualties.
