The chief prosecutor for the International Criminal Court said he believes crimes agaianst humanity were committed during post-election violence in Kenya last year. Luis Moreno-Ocampo is in Nairobi, meeting the President and Prime Minister. From Nairobi, Al Jazeera's Andrew Simmons reports.
