You will see in tonight's episode that Khushi will receive a call and she will learn that Arnav hasn't reached London .. The whole episode will be around it .. In the next episode Arnav will somehow gain conscious and call Khushi .. A worried Khushi will ask him about his whereabouts and he will ask her to stay quiet and say I LOVE YOU Khushi ..
