New video purports to show Opposition members cheering after destroying government tanks. Rebels say President Bashar al Assad's forces of targeting civilians on a daily basis.
Reuters cannot independently confirm the content of this video or reports that rebels killed at 23 Syrian soldiers on Monday.
The violence in the Rastan-- which is 15 miles north of Homs took place as six Chinese military observers arrived in Damascus to join the expanded U.N. monitoring mission in the country.
