Ryan Seacrest had America holding its breath when it appeared he was going to propose to girlfriend, "Footloose" and "Rock of Ages" actress Julianne Hough, on Top 4 night of American Idol. Thankfully, that stunt didn't overshadow the singing. Joshua Ledet, Jessica Sanchez, Philip Phillips and Hollie Cavanaugh all delivered at least one standout performance. Patrick Jones has more.
