Classic Game Room presents a CGRundertow video game review of Shadowgate for the NES, from ICOM Simulations & Kemco. As the last in a line of hero kings it's up to you to stop an evil warlock from summoning an evil behemoth, and you must venture into Castle Shadowgate to do so. And you also might have to die a few hundred times in the process, but no big deal! This classic point and click adventure was originally released for the Apple Macintosh as part of the MacVenture series, and eventually ported to the NES in 1989.
