Greek workers strike amid economic woes

Greece's economy continues to reel from its billions of debt, leading to international credit rating agency Standard and Poor's to downgrade its government bonds to junk status.

On the social front, transport workers are the latest to go on strike, protesting against the government's austerity measures.
