As the poorest state in the Western hemisphere, Haiti has been suffering from a lack of basic resources for many years.
In the town of Croix Des Bouquets, just outside the capital, 70 per cent of the population is unemployed.
But a group of hundreds of artists have created a community of craftsmen - turning oil steel drums into art - in an effort to change that fact.
