It's been more than four years since the former prime minister of Lebanon, Rafiq al-Hariri, was assassinated.
The car bomb also killed 22 other people.
Now, after a lengthy UN investigation, the international tribunal that will eventually prosecute the case is set to begin its work at the Hague.
