The video features fractal animation that has been designed to help relax the mind and help co-ordinate the viewers breathing rhythm. Fractals are ideal for helping you to dissociate and unwind because they have a very abstract aspect to them.

This fractal was rendered frame-by-frame and post processed in Sony Vegas, adding things such as color enhancements, sharpening and saturation. The audio was created by layering the entrainment tones 'underneath' the music. Delta frequency was chosen due to it's deeply relaxing attributes.
