The Toronto Maple Leafs have found out the hard way that winning means never having to say you're sorry. As the Stanley Cup playoffs are beginning, the New York Rangers and the Vancouver Canucks are the favorites. But Toronto is on the sidelines for the seventh-straight season. The Leafs have apologized to their fans, but as Len Berman reports, it's not going over too well in Toronto.
