"The worst picture of the year, goes to, I just don't know. What do you think? 'Jack and Jill.'"

Adam Sandler's movie ''Jack and Jill'' was the talk of the Razzies.

Sadly for the funny man his movie swept the board, scooping ten prizes - including worst actor for Sandler.

SOUNDBITE: Avery Clyde and Kelie McIver, Razzie presenters announcing worst actor, saying (English):

"So, like, who do you think won? Well, the answer is right here, hmmm, oh, who do you think?"

SOUNDBITE: Adam Sandler, in the movie, saying (English):

"This is insane!"

Indeed, according to the The Golden Raspberry Foundation this is the first time in their 32 year history that one movie has won all 10 dishonourable categories.

Sandler who plays both the male and female lead parts in the cross dressing comedy stars alongside Katie Holmes.

A Razzie winning combination!

SOUNDBITE: Kelie McIver and Glenn Simon, Razzie presenters, saying (English):

"And the silliest screen couple of 2011, is, are, and, oh, Adam Sandler and Katie Holmes, Al Pacino or Adam Sandler for 'Jack and Jill.'"

Al Pacino plays himself in a cameo appearance, and even he wasn't safe, bagging worst supporting actor:

"Okay who was in charge of the envelope, it says, 'Go on, guest?'"

Normally the Razzies get handed out on the eve of the Oscars, seen as an antidote to the award season love-fest - this year they were dished out on April Fools Day.

Sadly it was no joke though, ''Jack and Jill'' really did make history - but perhaps for the wrong reasons.
