Kenya vows to hunt perpetrators of Saturday's blasts

On Sunday Kenyan authorities examine blast sites a day after two explosions killed one person and injured 31 in the coastal city of Mombasa.
Al Qaeda-linked al Shabaab has staged attacks in Kenya after Nairobi sent troops into Somalia last October.
Now authorities plan to hunt them down.
(SOUNDBITE) (Kiswahili) KENYA'S INTERNAL SECURITY MINISTER, GEORGE SAITOTI, SAYING:
"We will not tire of hunting for these people until we finish them. They have ruined their country and now they have come here to ruin Kenya's economy."
Saturday's blasts were the first to target Mombasa, one of Kenya's top tourist destinations, and were staged just before the busy Easter tourist season.
Kenya's Prime Minister Raila Odinga says the country is still safe.
(SOUNDBITE) (Kiswahili) KENYA'S PRIME MINISTER, RAILA ODINGA SAYING:
"Kenya is safe. No one should threaten tourists. They should continue coming to Kenya and the government will protect them."
The government has blamed previous attacks on Somali-based rebels al Shabaab, which formally merged with al Qaeda this year.
The attacks come at a bad time for Kenya, just as it gears up for the Easter holiday season.
