The Stormchasers, formed in 2010, are a brisbane based, 7 piece Folk music ensemble. Members include: Michael Gill on guitar,ukelele, lap steel and lead vocals, Katherine Sheppard on lead vocals and percussion, Beau Jorgensen on drums, percussion, vocals and beats, Paddy O'Sullivan on the bass guitar, harmonica and vocals, Tom "Jazzkat" Hartney on the saxophone, keys and beats, Izzy Biggs on trombone, vocals, keys and percussion, and new member James Pendrith on the trumpet and guitar. The band has been working over the past few months writing, recording and performing mostly original material, and are looking forward to a big year in 2011.
