2. (SOUNDBITE) (English) OKSANA GRIGORIEVA SAYING:
"I'm OK. You know guys, I can't really say much right now because I'm not supposed to talk right now, but maybe later. You know, we can talk about it later."
[REPORTER ASKING: "How are you feeling about everything?"]
"Gosh, it's devastating, but I really don't want to break any court rules, so I can't talk to you, I'm sorry."
[REPORTER ASKING: "I understand. But can you talk about how you're feeling though emotionally?"]
"I'm devastated and well, I think Mel is basically trivializing domestic violence and this is very, very sad, OK? So this is very unfair too. So, I'm sorry I can't talk anymore."
[REPORTER ASKING: "Oksana, why did you make the tapes?]
"Because I didn't think I'm going to make it through the night."
[REPORTER ASKING: "Really?"]
"Yeah. And by the way, all the tapes that you're hearing on the Internet, all of them were recording on that one night. The tapes, as you call them, and the voicemails, everything was recorded that one night, because I was in fear for my life, that night. I really didn't think I'm going to make it."
[REPORTER ASKING: "How is Sacha holding up?"]
"He's good. But I'm sorry, I have to go."
[REPORTER ASKING: "What sort of support has Timothy Dalton been?"]
"He is a great dad you know. We're good together. He's a good support for his son and he's been a great support to me. But, I'm really sorry, I have to go."
[REPORTER ASKING: "How is your daughter, Lucia?"]
"She is good. She is good considering all the facts, you know. What is unfair is that by standing up to somebody and speaking up, I'm being victimized all over again. I feel like he's with his campaign, he's hired so many people that I feel like I'm being victimized all over again."
[REPORTER ASKING: "Did you ever try and extort money from him, as he is alleging?"]
"No, I have never extorted anything from him. There is no proof of any kind. It is all false information that he is feeding the press and it's a smear campaign, clearly, to me."

"Yes, I am absolutely convinced of that. There's unlimited resources there and it's a very unfair thing."
[REPORTER ASKING: "What do you hope happens out of all of this, Oksana?"]
"I'm just looking out for the interests of my daughter. I'm really sorry, I have to go."

"Gosh. Speak the truth. Tell the truth for the sake of your daughter."
