Brooklyn born songwriter, Sean Waterman is emerging on the indie music scene with his selection guitar inspired tunes. The Charleston City Paper described his songs as, "not your three-chord jangles, but intricate sonic weavings with multiple parts and hooks". Sean's latest release, "Locomotive Hearts EP" has already charted on several internet radio stations and he recently placed songs from this effort with indie film maker Taylor Hayden for an upcoming film. After a string of performances which included Atlanta's Hard Rock Cafe, Centennial Olympic Park and a show for the Recording Academy's GRAMMY U, Sean concluded, "I just love playing live, it brings it all together for me. There's something about the energy from the crowd that never leaves you,". Sean is also very active in the arts community, he is a member of New York's "Art for Progress" as well as performing a host of intimate acoustic shows at art galleries in on the east coast. He will add to his list of shows as he hits the road in support of his latest release and paves the way to hit the studio for his first full-length LP scheduled for the coming year.
