Marché de Noël de Malijai - Malijai Christmas market (with english subtitles)

Here is a new report from Provence on the Christmas market at Malijai. A very lively atmosphere sprung from the old village as Christmas approached, with special market stalls set up to promote local products. More and more organic produces were available for purchase, and many suitable for vegetarians. Provence in my opinion is on the right track to offer healthy and sustainable vegetarian food to most of France :-)

Voilà un nouveau reportage: le marché de Noël de Malijai. Ce fut un marché très vivant à l'approche des fêtes de fin d'année. En ce qui me concerne, j'ai trouvé que les produits BIO ne cessent de se développer, et que les produits pour végétariens en profitent grandement dans notre région.
