Many people speculate that the decline in teen sex can be attributed to busy schedules and increased awareness from attending sexual education classes. Perhaps the real credit should go to Internet porn. Why put in the time and effort to pick-up a girl when there is unlimited access to free hotties online. Or maybe sexting is the new sex? With Smart Phones and Facebook, there's no need for real life interactions. But as American teens shy away from sex, a Romanian woman just became the world's youngest grandma at the ripe old age of 23.
