WikiLeaks: US fears arms race could lead to nuclear war

Iran, Syria and North Korea are trying to build missiles capable of striking far beyond the region. The US intervened directly with the Indian government to stop Syria from acquiring materials used to produce chemical weapons. And North Korea remains a one-stop shopping center for materials used to produce weapons of mass destruction.
