The film, described as a comic adventure begins with the Evil Queen (Julia Roberts), stepmother of Snow White (Lily Collins), killing her father and destroying the kingdom. The heroine must then join the Seven Dwarfs (Mark Povinelli, Jordan Prentice, Danny Woodburn, Sebastian Saraceno, Ronald Lee Clark, Martin Klebba and Joey Gnoffo) willing to fight to claim their rights.
Armi Hammer makes the prince and Sean Bean, the king. Nathan Lane plays the servant of the Evil Queen and Robert Emms, the companion of the prince, while Mare Winningham makes Margaret and Michael Lerner, a baron.
