Like many other I saw this exact same unit at Best Buy and it was a good thing I held off and didn't pay the $149 there. The actual installation was simple. However, in my case I spent a lotta time planning the best way to set up a couple of the shelves in my entertainment center. I did like my tv on its stand like it was before, but when you have little ones touching it and getting it dirty on a daily basis it just has to go higher. I also used the height finder on the Sanus website and their measurements are dead on. Good looking and solid unit with plenty of hardware.
