And these are great for putting on the eyes and maybe the little spots in an eye that you see in many different creations. Next you will want a pair of scissors and preferably a smaller pair that has a blunt end so that your not popping balloons or hurting children. And last, you are gonna want your balloons, I am gonna start off today with the popular 260, actually this I have in my hand this is a 160 which we will go over later. But you will want some professional balloon twisting balloons that are not your typical round.
