Street artist remembers deadly French factory blast

The French city of Toulouse is holding a minute's silence to commemorate the 10th anniversary of one of the country's worst industrial accidents of modern times. On 21 September 2001, unstable chemical compounds in the AZF fertilizer factory caused a huge explosion which left 31 dead and more than 8,000 injured.
