Fake iPhone and Apple Products are flooding the black markets of China. But as one American couple discovered, counterfeiting in China has been taken to a whole new level.

Take a look at this picture. Can you tell what's wrong with it? Can't figure it out? Look at the sign. Real Apple Stores don't have the words "Apple Store" on their logo. This photo, taken in Kunming, China—is of a fake Apple Store.

It was reported by a 27-year-old American blogger who lives in Kunming with her husband. They were on a stroll around their neighborhood when they happened to pass by. At first they thought it was an Apple Store like any other.

But then they noticed the stairway wasn't built quite right, the walls weren't painted properly, and then there was the Apple Store logo.

Other than these differences, it was a perfect knock off of an Apple Store. Even the employees thought they were working for Apple.

Counterfeiting is a major concern for China's trading partners, and the Chinese regime has had little success combating flourishing black markets and a rampant culture of piracy.

As the couple was taking these pictures, they were approached by plain-clothes security who had been ordered by their employers to stop anyone from taking photos.

A few blocks away, the couple found two more fake stores.
