"All for Exercises!" - Olympic champion figure skater Alexei Yagudin calls on residents of St. Petersburg. His special exercise event for city residents was held on the beach of Paul Fortress in St. Petersburg. Organizers of the activity hope to revive the tradition of massive open-air events and make a healthy lifestyle trendy and popular. Our reporters also got acquainted with a new set of exercises.

"All for Exercises!" The organizers of this project wanted to revive the tradition of mass sport events outdoors.

This event was recently held on Paul Fortress Beach in St. Petersburg by the olympic champion figure skater Alexei Yagudin.

Within two months this kind of event will be held in seven major cities of Russia.

The complex "Voltzaryad" was developed by the Institute of Regenerative Medicine in conjunction with the "League of Nation's Health."

It consists of 21 exercises targeting people with different physical training.

Those who were first to arrive received T-shirts.

Participants repeated the main point - to calculate the forces and not to overdo it.

Enthusiasts have completed all the exercises. The exercises proved to be quite simple.
