ROTARY INTERNATIONAL MEDICAL MISSION, ROTAPLAST, arrived in Cebu City to perform operations on children with CLEFT LIP at Vicente Sotto Hospital. Doctors came from San Francisco and Hawaii to help these children lead normal lives by skillful cleft lip repair...Mothers and children were delighted with the results!
The visit ended with a Cebu City tour and dinner with entertainment at the State Capitol.
