This set contains the expositions of chapter 3 & 4 of Shrimad Bhagavad Gita by Anandmurti Gurumaa. It reveals in detail the path of action karma yoga and awakens the wisdom in the seekers heart who is distressed by ignorance. Third Chapter titled Karma Yoga gives a comprehensive understanding of karmas, their origin, their relation with the sanskaras, types of karmas: satkarma, akarma, vikarma, and it also shows the way how we can change our karmas and come out of the bonding of karmas. This understanding not only fortifies seekers faith in God but inspires surrender to God and be expectation-less, attachment-less, and affliction-less. Fourth Chapter titled Gyana Yoga opens the door to realise Krishna consciousness within. In this, Gurumaa has emphatically explained the significance of the yagya of gyana, and how by surrendering to Guru, with faith the gyana evolves and burns all the actions. It also shows the path to a seeker, to live a controlled life and be liberated by doing all actions as a sakshi i.e. to detach the amness from actions by doing them with akarta bhav.
