Hi I'm Linda with Fitness 19. I'm going to show you how to do a Squat with a Barbell. You can also use dumbbells if you're at home and you don't have a barbell. You can sit on the edge of a bench, you can sit on a chair. You can use the bench like this. You're going to sit all the way down just like you're sitting in a chair, all the way up. You want to press with your heels so all the force comes through your Glutes and your Hamstrings. Keep your back straight. Your head out so you don't compromise your form. All the way back and all the way back up. And you want to do at least 2 sets 12 to 15 times. That's how you do a Barbell Squat.
