Ingredients- 250gm potatoes boiled & mashed 150gm green peas 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tbsp coriander leaves 1 green chilli chopped salt to taste 1 bread slice oil for deep fry Preparation- Mash the boiled potatoes in a bowl and add peas, red chilli powder,salt,green chilli chopped,coriander leaves and small pieces of bread,mash well. Heat the oil. Make finger long kababs,deep fry them till they turn golden brown. Serve it with ketchup or mint chutney.
