This demonstration was organized by an Inter-Associative Committee under the theme of Anti-Colonization, and Solidarity with The Struggle of All Arab Countries.
Several N.G.O.'s all with different themes had their own themes. Like the Aliens without Documents demanding their papers ("Committe des Sans Papiers"), to the Tamils demanding that War Crimes committed by the Sri Lankan President, be investigated, or the extreme-left Anti-Capitalist French Political Party, the N.R.P. As well as other Arab countries, all involved in their own revolutions: Algeria, Morocco, Egypt, Palestine, Iran, and Tunisia. About 8,000 People took part. They marched from the Place de la Republique to the Foreign Ministry's building, finishing in the rain. They were shouting slogans saying "Khaddafi, Get out!" "Sarkozy Accomplice!" "Israel Get out of Palestine, It is not Yours!" "Down WIth Dictators"
