The 5th and final day of the Red Bull Romaniacs 2010 race as the riders grind through the final stage as they climb over mountains, through rivers, and down streets where they reached the finish line. Chris Birch comes out on top for the overall win followed by Chris Birch in 2nd place, and Andreas Lettenbichler in 3rd place.
