Cambodian Bulk Carrier Sinks off South Korean Coast

A Cambodian bulk carrier with 12 Russian crewmembers sank off the southern coast of South Korea on Wednesday.

According to the South Korean coast guard, the cargo ship sank after colliding with an unidentified vessel. The ship departed from Russia and was bound for Japan.

Four Russian crewmembers are feared dead and seven are missing. One of the crewmembers was rescued.

One helicopter and four patrol boats are now searching for the missing crewmembers.
