Germany police chase ends up in a living room

A police car chase in Germany has finished abruptly after a man fleeing traffic control officers ended up in a living room of a house.
The 23-year-old driver of the vehicle smashed into the side of a home, leaving a gaping hole.
The accident left extensive interior damage to the wall, in which the car had embedded itself.
The car driver was taken to hospital in the German town of Meppen, although his condition is not known from police.
It is still unclear why he fled from police.
