I am surprised to see the prices

Prices of vegetables and essential commodities are at a high that not many of us can afford. While everyone knows about it, it’s very difficult for a person to understand who rarely visits the market to buy it. Even the food inflation rate has gone up to 18.3 per cent. MiD DAY took two people to two different markets, and asked them to shop things for a week. While of the two women we chose to take a tour for our Mumbai markets, one was Kiran Rao, the wife of famous actor, director producer Aamir Khan, the other was Chandan Vora a house wife from Lalbaug.
