Former England all-rounder Andrew Flintoff who was forced to retire from the International cricket due to knee injury is likely to miss the next season of IPL scheduled in April. “I am missing playing in the current Ashes series but could not help as my body doesn’t allow me to
play much cricket. I am not someone who would say I am not missing playing in Ashes, I do miss I know I still have four years of cricket left in me, I desperately want to play but could not help. After retirement from Test cricket I was expected to play in ODI and T20 but I am forced to retire from all forms of International cricket as my body doesn’t allow me to play much. I want to be playing for Lancashire and Chennai but I don’t think every thing is working as per plan. I have not yet sure
playing in the IPL-4 but it is the best domestic tournament in the world and I don’t want to miss it, ” said Flintoff.
