Smart was laughed at when it first appeared 12 years ago but 1.2 millions fortwos have since been sold.Now the car has had a facelift with a new design inside and out, and more efficient engines. The new Smart will also be sold in Argentina and Indonesia for the first time. That means the Smart will be available in 45 countries on five continents.
