Pakistan waters recede as tent cities spring up

Water levels receded in Pakistan on Thursday but survivors of record floods are enduring grim conditions in makeshift tent cities, as the UN appealed for 460 million dollars in urgent foreign aid. An estimated 14 million people have been affected by the floods -- many have lost their homes and livelihoods including those in Sukkur, in the southern Sindh province, where 500 people have found temporary shelter.Duration: 01:07
