Mass Building Back Workout - Deadlifts, Chins, & Shrugs

http://www.LeeHayward.com This is a basic mass building back workout. Start off with deadlifts, work up to a max set. Then move on to chin ups for 3 sets to failure. Then 3 sets of dumbbell shrugs. And to finish off hold the wrestlers bridge.
