Pakistan's atrocities against Baloch people

Balochistan, May 17: Baloch people have their own identity that encompasses a vibrant culture, a language and a rich tradition. Unfortunately, Balochistan that was once a sovereign state was forcefully annexed by Pakistan. The illegal occupation is not only a threat to the Baloch identity, but has also resulted in the constant exploitation of natural resources of the region by Pakistan. The Baloch people have been fighting for their `sovereignty’ in protest. This is not acceptable to Pakistan and its army has retaliated violently to suppress the movement.
