Shen Yun “A Spectacle” – Former Conductor in Toronto

Victor Feldbrill is an internationally acclaimed conductor and violinist. He is the former resident conductor of the Toronto Symphony.
Shen Yun Performing Arts show was quite a spectacle for him.
[Victor Feldbrill, Conductor, Violinist]:
“This was really quite a spectacle for me, because everything fit exactly right. Even the timing with stage effects worked so well.”
Mr. Feldbrill praised Shen Yun’s orchestra, which combines Chinese and Western instruments.
[Victor Feldbrill, Conductor, Violinist]:
“And it made quite an interesting sound. And it gives the character of the dance that they are dancing. And it was very well blended.”
Mr. Feldbrill was impressed by the artistry and athleticism of the show.

“The women’s dances were very, very beautiful for example. Especially, I think there was one that were waves in the water, and it was very beautifully done. And of course the men were athletic in their portrayal of soldiers and warriors.”
