The biggest failure of any government is when its citizens live in fear. And that's what NewsX encountered at the Phulwaria Kudasi village in Jamui in Bihar. Nearly a month after a bloody Maoist attack the villagers don't want to return home. Our correspondent Shiv Pujan Jha revisits that village.
