Did Quran state that Prophet Mohamed performed no Miracles

All religions r islam but Allah sent parts of it to certain groups by prophets at certain times but islam is the final religion & Mohamed message is general for the all , so he is like the final brick in the Prophethood building as he puh said , like all other prophets Mohamed (puh) had miracles like food & water multiplication,camel complained to him , tree trunk cried when he abandonned it in friday speech , trees, stones & wolf testimonied his prophethood , he ate poisonous meat from a jew woman with his friend,his friend died but he (puh) didnot, his supplication was responded when he raised his hand for god seeking rain , it rained for a week till people complained and asked him to ask Allah to stop it so he asked Allah & it stopped
