Maximuscle shows you how to do Dumbbell Flyes: Lying on the bench with legs in the seated position, start with the arms extended directly above the head. Slowly drop your arms out to the side, keeping a bend in the arm and don’t drop your arms too far and then bring them back towards your body, so the dumbbells meet straight above you head.
