With round about 97,000 employees BASF SE is the world's leading chemical company. As such a multitude of cultural backgrounds, mindsets and ways to work converge there. The Diversity + Inclusion Team at BASF therefore aims to make those synergies efficient, integrate a culture of appreciation and openness and benefit from the diversity of a transnational company. Neuland + Herzer is in charge for the project’s internal and partially external communication measures.
Within these measures the 11 episodes movie series ‘Everyone Counts Movies’ was created and allowed employees world wide to voice their thoughts concerning topics about Diversity + Inclusion.
