This is Part 3 of 3 of the home video release of the 1996 TLC documentary "Twister: Fury on the Plains", which was essentialy a made-for-TV version of the "Tornado Video Classics" trilogy although this show does contain some different footage.
Pardon the glitchiness of this tape, it's been watched many times, not to metion that it runs in LP mode.
