The French embassy in the US celebrated the transition between French and Czech presidency of the European Union. After Mr Pierre Vimont's speech, the French ambassador in the US, Mr Petr Kolář congratulated the French presidency for its work. The ceremony also took an environmental dimension with a huge sphere showing global weather patterns and global warming.
