00:00We've known since March that it was officially announced, but to meet the Prime Minister

00:10and get that official stamp, if you like, so that again is quite important and quite

00:16long overdue.

00:17Yes, it's been a long wait to get it to this stage and it's wonderful it's now happened.

00:25Meeting the Prime Minister is just the icing on the cake really.

00:29He just wanted to know how we felt and he said he couldn't imagine losing his children

00:35and we kind of replied, well we didn't actually imagine losing ours either, but once it's

00:41happened you've got to carry on.

00:43Yes, I think it was saying, what you're taking away is that the Prime Minister is talking

00:48about being a parent himself and being in that unimaginable situation and being able

00:54to carry on like we did and again I've always said you don't know until you know and that

01:01came across quite poignantly with the Prime Minister.

01:04I think it's vitally important and not just for Nicola and Fiona and for other police

01:08officers, but all public sector workers who were killed or they die in the line of duty

01:14if you like or operational circumstances and that's vitally important that they're recognised

01:19and remembered.
