00:26in Defense of the United Nations Chartered, CELAC, CARICOM, the African Group and G77
00:32Plus China, underlined that the U.S. blockade is the major obstacle that Cuba faces in its
00:38efforts to achieve its development goals.
00:40The non-aligned government expressed its concern regarding the impact of the blockade on the
00:45livelihood of the Cuban people, while CARICOM urged the U.S. to take measures to rebuild
00:51relations with the Caribbean island to strengthen multilateralism.
