Cumbria coal mine plan thrown out by judge
Plans to build the UK's first coal mine in over 30 years has been thrown out by the High Court. Speaking outside court, lawyer Katie de Kauwe said: "Our belief that this coal mine was not only climate wrecking but also unlawful has been completely vindicated by this High Court judgement."
